About PRAL Central
WHAT IS PRAL?
PRAL stands for the Public Relations Association of Louisiana. The central Louisiana chapter was established in 1987 by three public relations professionals who identified the need for Alexandria to have a professional organization for those who have a career in the public relations field or whose careers involve public relations.
The central Louisiana chapter of PRAL is a local non-profit organization that is part of SPRF, the Southern Public Relations Federation.
SPRF is comprised of public relations professionals from Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Membership in PRAL automatically includes membership in SPRF.
SPRF member services include an annual conference, a newsletter, the Lantern Awards, an accreditation program, Senior Practitioner recognition, and a Practitioner of the Year Award.
CAN ANYONE JOIN PRAL AND HOW DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?
