03/09/10 – Overnight entries to judges 
03/12/10 – Mail invitations to event with RSVP deadline of 3/26/10
03/12/10 – Judging begins
03/17/10 – Judges return entries overnight
03/18/10 – Judging committee reviews and tallies scores
03/19/10 – Judging committee orders trophies and prints certificates
03/26/10 – Event RSVP Deadline
04/05/10 – Verify awards are complete and correct
04/05/10 – Verify all decorations are available and stored
04/05/10 – Judging committee reviews and approve final presentation
04/05/10 – Verify location, food, entertainment details
04/10/10 – Event Set-up: Display entries and decorate tables at at 2 p.m.
04/10/10 - Verify presentation works with sound & video equipment (test run-through)
04/10/10 - Judging committee displays Honorable Mention awards by entries at 6:30 p.m.
04/10/10 – Event begins with cocktails at 6 p.m.
04/10/10 – Dinner and show begin at 7 p.m.
